15 Must-Have Wedding Photos

This is so random. It's not even an anniversary or anything. As closely as I can calculate, we've been married 3 years, 2 months, and 24 days as of today. But I've been sorting, deleting, and organizing pictures recently and decided that a wedding photo post sounded like fun. Here are my recommendations for gaining the ultimate in wedding snapshots:

1. Stalker Photo. Because, it's true, right? He's a stalker.

2. Bride attempting to stay warm.

3. Pastor, stealing the show.

4. Groom forgetting how to smile properly.

5. Groom Eating Bouquet.

6. Bride pretending to be a gangster for unknown reasons.

7. Eyelash shot. No mascara on either one of us.

8. Little cousin forgetting how to smile. (Probably taking notes from Angel.)

9. Bouquet Shot. Necessarily accompanied by eyes that say, "Why do they insist on taking a close-up of my bouquet? It's plastic! This is awkward!"

10. Bride and Groom ignoring their photographers and bridal party. No, this wasn't posed, either. See all the rest of these shots? We were having a hard time actually looking at the camera in general.

11. The "We actually did it! We finally got married!" facial expressions.

12. The chocolate fountain that was put together upside down. On that day, we all learned how to put together a chocolate fountain the right way. We also learned that they still function when put together the wrong way, just not quite as well.

13. Groom looking positively dismayed at the sight of the highly decorated getaway car.

14. Groom taking a picture of the photographers taking a picture of him. Because what else would Angel do?

15. Optical illusion in which the pastor makes the newlyweds look tiny. This is no illusion. He's just kinda tall, and we're kinda short.

i love it!! we have "the bridal party trying to take a nap" shot because we were all so tired and each of us tried to steal a nap!

These are great!
The one of Angel taking a photo of the photographer taking a photo of you all, makes it look like he's releasing some kind of energy. Like a Pokemon Master. :)
And the last one you really do look like kids playing dress-up at school, with the map behind :)

hahaha! great pics and great comments. And yikes to the forced perspective in the last pic. I suppose we all think people are the same height as us in pics until one like that comes along.

I saw the first photo in my feed (not noticing your stalker in the background) and thought, "What a pretty photo! But wait....there is no way these are going to be your average wedding pictures. I must see this." You guys are too cute, I love that you were looking at each other the entire time!

Lovely wedding photos! I always enjoy my photos which aren't quite so perfect...it gives a hint of who we actually are. No one poses and smiles like that every day!

Our pastor was TEEENY compared to my husband. It made for some funny pictures.

These are adorable! I love candid photos, my wedding is coming up and I hope my photographer gets lots of great candid photos. Posed photos are great, but I think it's so wonderful to really see how people are interacting and how genuinely happy they are.

Rachel love this post! So many of the shots feel familiar from my own wedding pics and many others I've attended haha. My favorites are 1, 6, and 15! Love your mafia look, and the pastor looks photoshopped to the picture in the last one :) Great pictures from a surely wonderful day! Thx for sharing <3 XOXO, Elif @ Theboxqueen

"Bride attempting to stay warm photo," a definite must have- especially since I got married in an open field in February in the woods. Beautiful, but cold- totally worth it though, because the photos are amazing. :)

Dying here. I sent this to my fiance. I should send it to my photographer too hahaha. Oh man. I have to share this everywhere now.

Even Kaïíu pre-wedding shoot is not included in the wedding package , photographers will usually be happy to charge a very reasonable rate weekday shoot, if you are booking them for your wedding.
