It would appear that not all that much changes over the course of 4 years, but that's the limitation of photographs. More has happened in the last few years than I could ever write, but it's been an adventure that I've been proud to live.

{Tweaking this post and linking it up to Not Dressed as Lamb for the #WearingMyWeddingDress challenge, since it seemed to fit, and it's about 3 weeks too early to post my 5th anniversary photos, though there's a sneak peek on my Twitter}

  1. Happy Anniversary. I might have said this last year, but your tradition of taking pictures in your wedding clothes is so awesome.

  2. So awesome!!! We take a photo in the place we got married at whenever we go by there. Such a cool thing to actually wear your attire though!

  3. Love how you're wearing your wedding clothes for the photos! I never would have thought of that - yet now that I've seen it, it seems like such an obviously awesome thing to do :)

  7. I love that you wear your dress every year! I wanted to do this for our anniversary pictures, but never followed through for some reason. Totally regretting that now, because you look lovely!

  8. I'm so glad you guys took those clothes to China so you could keep doing these pictures. How fun will it be if you're able to keep this up for years and years and years and someday have an album full of yearly pictures!

  16. I love it! Happy #4! It helps that your dress isn't giant. Mine's a hoss to cart around. Maybe I'll try to fit into mine for our 4th next May! I wonder if I still can... Jordan claims I am thinner now than when we got married, but I'm not too sure. Seeing as how I don't own a scale, I wouldn't really know, but I wear the same pants, so that's something.

  17. This is really cute! I have heard of people doing this before because they want to always be able to fit into their wedding dress. I'm sure that's not why you do it, but It sounds like a fun idea!

  22. Great photos!
    That is so awesome you can still fit into the same dress!
    I'm not sure if I could do that! I think this summer it would have been big and now well - it might have room!

  24. What a wonderful way to make more use of your wedding dress! I keep saying I am going to get mine out and try it on - but I am afraid that after 24 years and 2 kids, it might not fit :(
    I wore my mom's dress - so I treasure it! Happy Anniversary!

  25. This is such a fun tradition. I'm amazed you were so committed to it that you used precious space in your bag to take that dress overseas with you. It trumped the bear suit : )
